The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooking plate, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Living room is furnished with a seating sofa for two persons and a desk with two chairs and a bench for dining. 

Air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen area as well as in the bedroom.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Internet Wi-Fi connection included.

The apartment has a private parking area in deep shade next to the main entrance.
