Living room is furnished with flat SAT-TV, table and sofa for two persons on a separate deck, while three steps below the deck there is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooking plate, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Dining area has a table with two chairs and a „L“ shape bench for two-three more persons.

Air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen area as well as in the bedroom.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Internet Wi-Fi connection included.

The apartment has a private parking area in deep shade next to the main entrance.
